Mayor Ed Murray and City Council have called together community leaders to develop a plan for increasing affordability and availability of housing in Seattle by convening a Housing Affordability and Livability Advisory Committee. The meetings of the Committee are not open to the public, however there will be a limited chance for the public to take part in this effort to discuss the future of housing in Seattle via 3 “open houses”:
